A French Canadian native, Lyne Castonguay is a graduate of the University of Moncton and Harvard Business School.​ In addition to being the CEO of Victrice, she currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Tire Corporation, as well as Cozey, a North American furniture company.​​​In her 30 years of retail and manufacturing experience, Lyne:

• Served on the Board of Directors for the AI startup "HeyDay Technologies", which recently sold to Hootsuite for $60M.

• Was Executive Vice President and COO of Sobeys, Inc, where she was recognized by Star Woman as one of the most powerful women in the industry.

• Led a brand transformation as Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer of Sobeys, Inc., resulting in Sobeys being named one of the most admired companies in Canada.

• Signed major sports sponsorship deals with the MLB, NBA, NHL, and MLS leagues, receiving awards and accolades for the partnerships.

• Spent 14 years in progressively senior roles at The Home Depot both in Canada and the United States, including Senior Vice President of Home Services and Vice President of Merchandising.

• Served as President and COO of multibillion food processing and manufacturing company, Saputo.

• Was the Country General Manager for General Electric's Lighting Division in Canada.
